I LIVE FOR teaching women in midlife and beyond how to feel strong and confident in their bodies - and help them live the healthy life they deserve!
I've worked with 100s of clients over the past 12 years, and know how intimidating starting a fitness routine can be, especially after 40.
Certified as a Menopause Coaching Specialist, Personal Trainer, 250-hour Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Coach, Mental Toughness & Wellness Coach - it is my job to help you take the guesswork out of how to bulletproof your body and brain in this critical chapter of life.
My goal with clients isn't just to get them feeling, moving, and living better. It is to teach them why they are doing it and how to do it on their own.
For too long, we've told women to get smaller, but when it comes to healthy, vibrant aging, we have to get STRONGER.
